TYPE SKY2030.B VERTICLE GLASS DRILLING & MILLING MACHINE
SKY2030.B is a vertical glass CNC machine. It is a five-axis composite CNC working center which is designed for drilling hole, milling notches, cut-outs, countersinking, inner grinding and polishing on all regular and most irregular glass sheet with thickness of 4-19mm. The machine is controlled by a high-end numerical control operating system to achieve precise control of each servo axis. This flexibility of the control system can meet the requirement of different products. Combined with the structure of high rigidity and high stability, glass processing in high-speed and high-precision can be easily implemented.
The electrical components used in the machine are CE standard, and the connectors of the electrical components are waterproof, which can ensure safety.

1, Cam software developed by Green Vine team. The drawing library of the software has more than 54 standard shapes; Simply input the parameters, processing program can easily create. Easy operation without CAD.
2, Fully integrated CAD-CAM solution: Any kind of shapes can be processed due to DXF drawings reading and automatic G code generation.
3, Bar-code scanner for processing information, can interact with ERP system or can generate bar code by Cam software.
4, Glass processing line is easily connected. Whole line only requires one operator;
Designed in vertical direction which occupies less area and is convenient to load and unload glass sheet, especially for big architectural glass.
